Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership Dues:  Membership Dues are non-refundable.

Registration Fees:  Event Registration Fees are refundable under the scenarios listed:

Event Cancellation:  If an event is cancelled by SCUG for any reason, all pre-paid individual registration fees will be refunded.  Cancellations outside of SCUG’s control will not be refunded.

Registration Cancellation:  Written (email or via our website contact us form) notice of cancellation 7 days prior to an event is required, or self-cancellation via the website 7 days prior to an event is required.  The refund will be processed accordingly within a reasonable time frame.  Registrations canceled less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.

Sponsorships, Exhibitors, Education Session fees outside of the normal membership dues:  Written (email or via our website contact us form) notice of cancellation 21 days prior to an event is required for a full refund.  If written notice is received in less than 21 days but more than 14 days before the event, 50% refund will be issued.  Written notice of cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy. This system is used for event, membership, and sponsorship payments only.  No products will be shipped.
